Missing second half of Lira voice acting

Voice Acting has no volume control slider in the menu system
Voice Acting shares the same volume control as Sound Effects
Need to find a way of dynamically altering volume on audio which is already playing back
Need to identify additional locations for musical cues
Need finalized Salima theme
Wouldn't hurt to have more sound effects
Text and Direction:
Special characters need to be added to the font: ß, ä, ö, Ü (ü, Ä, Ö already added)
German text needs to be evaluated by a native-speaker, or highly-trained individual
